The 4th axis NC Rotary Table from Leaderdrive is based on high-precision third-harmonic turntables, with ultra-long precision to maintain life and ultra-high indexing accuracy. They are mainly used in the field of CNC high-end precision machining and manufacturing.
Our rotary table contains the world's first third-harmonic transmission system, which is adopted from Leaderdrive's own international PCT patents. It also includes our self-developed high-power-density direct-drive motors and an integrated direct connection to achieve a fast dynamic response. It is currently the only NC Rotary Table on the market with an accuracy of less than 10 arcseconds, ultra-high rigidity, and maximum clamp torque of 1470 Nm.

Zero gap: Gapless harmonic drive.
Large torque: Small size, large torque; output torque up to 1470 Nm.
Maintenance-free: No accuracy deterioration, and no regular maintenance required. The accuracy will remain unchanged after more than 20,000 hours of use.
Integration: Highly integrated, with a built-in ultra-high-precision, high-rigidity special strain wave gear harmonic speed reducer for machine tools (PCT international patent product), and a high-power density, low cogging torque power support giant motor.
Fast response: Excellent dynamic response.
Fast positioning: No gaps and high rigidity; no need to brake when working, significantly shortening the positioning time.
High efficiency: The efficiency is as high as 75% to 80%, saving energy.
